Service Description
Each client starts with an in home assessment to review the following components of Physical Function: - Mobility - Balance - Cognitive/Emotional - Strength - Health History (Including Injuries) - Personal Goals - Activities of Daily Living
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us with at least 24 hours notice. Any sessions cancelled less than 24 hours (unless for medical reasons) will be charged the cost of 1 session.
