Growing Stronger Full Class-Beginner to Intermediate
Enjoy this well rounded class at a Beginner to Intermediate level. Video includes circuits focusing on warm-up, balance, seated with a ball, standing free weights, seated with band, and will finish with a seated stretch and relaxation. Equipment needs will include a set of free weights (heavy and light), band, ball, and a chair. *Safety-Specifically when working on balance, ensure you feel confident in the movement and have created a safe environment. Safety is always #1! If you are questioning whether a chair will provide enough stability, I would encourage you to complete the balance set at your kitchen sink to have something very stable to hold on to.
